"Chris works at a comic book shop so he reviews all the latest releases, but the real awesomeness lies in his ability to find obscure or forgotten comic books and write hilariously sarcastic reviews that make fun of them. They deserve it!"--Blair Butler on G4 TV's Attack of the Show!

I guess the whole running-out-of-stories thing happened a lot longer ago than most people think.

It looks like the character is trying to see if someone slapped a piece of paper on his back.
Or maybe the dry cleaners the superheros all go to used too much starch.

You are talking about the Atom and not the ISB, right?

Very solid brun, Scott. I applaud.

Have you seen the redesign of the Atom costume? Now that's a crime of fashion. It's like someone said "let's design a suit that resembles the original, but incorporates greater use of suck."

It was mean-spirited, uncalled-for abuse that Chris didn't deserve — so I couldn't resist.

I concur — and it always seems to happen to the Atom. While I can get behind Gil Kane lopping off the top of Ray's mask to let his beautiful head of hair show through, every other change made to that suit has been a disservice to Kane's amazing original design. I thinking of Jurgens's jacketed, upside-down-triangle suit from Teen Titans and the "short pants" version from Power of the Atom. There were things I liked about both books, but tweaking the Atom's suit wasn't one.

Looks like he's home practicing karate moves in front of the mirror.

I remember this one. This is from the classic issue, "The Day the Atom accidentally set his dryer to High!"
